DeFi Developer

About our team:

• Our total headcount is 16 people and is made up of former employees of the likes of Maven Securities, Tianyan Capital, Radix and XY Capital.

• We have offices in Singapore and Shanghai, as well as several members working remotely in Europe.

What we are looking for:

• A motivated, proactive developer who can adapt quickly to capitalise on unique market events (trading experience is a strong plus).

• A strong team player who also takes full ownership of their work and delivers independently.

• Comfortable working asynchronously with remote colleagues and confident in using initiative to drive projects forward.

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Proficiency in at least one of: Go, Rust, C++, or Python.

• Experience with EVM or Solana development (both preferred).

• Familiarity with DeFi; some DeFi trading experience is a plus.

Key responsibilities:

• Build trading services and smart contracts to capture short-term opportunities in the markets.

• Research, develop, and backtest new DeFi strategies.

• Analyse trading data to optimise trade execution and performance.

• Create monitoring tools that surface areas of interest, enabling us to act as first movers.

• Contribute to the growth of our cross-chain trading infrastructure.

• Collaborate with the wider DeFi team to explore new ideas and strategies for expansion.
  
  

Performance will be assessed by the Head of DeFi and a DeFi Developer.
