We are a proprietary trading firm, started in 2022 and focused on the digital asset space. We deploy a range of quantitative strategies including high-frequency market making, cross-exchange funding arbitrage, medium-frequency systematic long/short and DeFi yield capture strategies. We trade on major crypto spot and derivative exchanges as well as DeFi venues. We classify our strategies into three different verticals: HFT MM, Systematic Mid-Frequency and DeFi. In each of these areas we strive to build market-leading businesses, yet we also exploit the synergies and the diversification effects between them. We have a collaborative environment and share all tools and information across the firm. We have a strong focus on automation and our in-house technology is best-in-class. We have built out a toolset encompassing risk management, databases, strategy control, execution and analytics that we believe to be truly exceptional.
Team:
Our total headcount is 16 people. We have been able to attract some of the highest quality talent in the space. Our team is made up of former employees of the likes of Maven Securities, Radix, Nickel Digital, Tokka Labs, Blocktech and Tianyan Capital.
We have offices in Singapore and Shanghai and several employees working fully remote across the globe
Expansion Plans:
We have built a business that has been very successful so far and shows great promise for the future. As a result we are looking to expand our talent pool to fulfil our ambitious plans and power the next chapter of our growth.
We are expanding into many more trading venues. Our current focus is on Asia-based crypto exchanges, but in the next few months we expect to start our MM activities in European and US-based crypto venues. We also aim to start HFT market making on CME and in US-listed ETFs, all of which come with their own technical challenges.
We are expanding our systematic mid-frequency strategies into traditional markets, hugely enhancing the breadth of signals we can trade and will let us take full advantage of the diversification effect of uncorrelated alpha.
Our automated trading efforts in DeFi are really taking shape and we want to deploy more capital to a number of strategies that are active across EVM and non-EVM chains
Recruitment:
We are looking to offer internships and graduate roles for highly talented students in our Singapore office. Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome, but we have a preference for highly quantitative fields such as mathematics, physics, computer science, statistics. Affinity with trading is a plus.
